Thanks Dion, I will definitely try and keep it up to date in future.
Hopefully this weekend can get my gauges and fit that and get a new positive wire and fit that, then try and see if i was a good electrician and did the wiring right and check all the lights how that looks.
When my minispares order arrives the boot will go on with new boot straps and new rubbers.
just trying to add important updates i have done so far.
cleaned and sprayed.

Got the wiring layed in and connected, just hope its done right, will hopefully test this weekend.

Thats about how far i am at the moment, some small things left out as posting 200+ photos is a bit much haha.

Not much done this weekend, Got the lights sorted, awaiting a bit of cash for the head light globes, but the rest works 100s. Cleaned a few engine parts with some unexpected cleaning stuff i never knew worked so good, i sat with a tooth brush and a bit of water and cleaned it off very nicely.

Then like the petrolhead i am, I always wanted a supercharger, being different than the normal turbo guys and managed to find a SC12 supercharger from a fellow mini addict, will be in my possession end of the month. It will be a project when I'm done with the mini. Will be a 1293 Suck through setup.

Not much of a update for the past weekend, cleaned some engine parts and got a set of Hella spot lights that will go on the mini as well.

The spotlights will look good once fitted. Though you should try and get a spotlight bar so that you don't need to drill holes in the bumper.

Not much of a update again, got the gearbox out and starte stripping that to check what needs replacement. Was very dirty and unfortunately don't have any before pics of the box except inside.
