Rechroming is very expensive. You probably better off buying a decent second hand one.
There were a few on facebook for sale.
I know Rion Steenkamp on facebook had some for sale. (based in jhb)

Agree with Dom. Have a look around for second hand ones. Much cheaper than rechroming.

Or bring some in from the Minispares together with some other guys. Last time I checked the cheaper option bumpers were about 25 GBP which is not a lot compared to panelbeating and rechroming one.
