Hi, my 998 has a seized cylinder (water got in?) and would like to know of an engineering works close to me?

Couple off years ago I had a 998 aswell and without me knowing my 4 year old filled it with water threw the carb , it stood for a year like that. When trying to start the car the pistons and sleaves rusted together , Ive tried everything to get it loose , and my last resort filled the silinders with brake fluid and let it stand for a weak , Used a big spanner on the crank and it came loose , drove it like that for about two years before I replaced it with a 1275 motor.
