Restoration of tail light housings - Vinay-RS - 07-27-2018

Hi everyone,

I've made a start at cleaning up a set of mk2 tail lights and I was looking for some advice on restoring the metal housings. Some internet forums seem to suggest that reflective paint is an option, but I'm not too sure whether it'd work well for the application.

Thanks Smile

Any idea if it's reflective?

looks like it but I don't think it comes in chrome . Google duplicolour and use the image tab to get pictures of what it looks like. If you want a chrome finish Autostyle also sell a chrome spray , don't know if it's any good though. My son up in Jo-burg has sprayed stuff in chrome but then he has special equipment.
