It looks cut to me, looking at how low the lobes are to the centre line.

What type of oil pump drive does it have ? pin or spider ?

I noticed that as well, which is why I'm unsure.

It's a pin drive.

so it is still a period camshaft either way.

Normally they're stamped on the nose of the cam though, being stamped on the shaft would lead me to believe that it's cut as well

AFAIK, the genuine ones had the stamps on the shaft Ed.
