1100 engine

I have an 1100 motor in jo-burg, I thgought it was complete but on seeing it when I was up there I see thst there is no carb or genny. I think it is maybe a clubman motor as the engine number is 99H353E-H108057. any one tell more info from the number?

That is a small bore 998cc motor.

Engine number and oil filter position confirm that.

1000cc motor. Does it turn? DO you know what the status of the engine? 
And are you going to sell it?
Let me know. I am interested price depended.

I did not have spanners so was not able to check if it turns, I will ask my son if he can bring a socket set from work and try to see if it turns over. Will alsoi ask him to confirm with the chap he got it from (best mate) what the state is. I will post more when I get info.
