Mini Pick Up Rebuild - Warning - Not for Sensitive Veiwers
#33
So I took a bit of a break from the build for a while but got stuck in again over the weekend.

I managed to do the exact same as the drivers side, cut the angle steel and closed the gap between the new and old steel.

Finally managed to cut the excess steel from the tunnel and cut new steel to close the gaps and join new and old

Cleaned up all the welds and quite happy with the results

Now, the gap between the old and new on the inside will have to be done.

I have decided to remove the inner sills, instead of just covering them, so that should keep me busy for a while.

I am however still waiting for the new inner sills, and have had a secondary box section bent for the seats rear mounts, but still undecided whether I will use it.
