I would make sure the clutch arm return stop gap is set to the absolute minimum. 0.5mm If I recall correctly. Then bleed the clutch sytem, Air in the system could cause havoc when everything starts heating up.
Also if there is even the slightest bit of slop in the clutch arm pivot point, then you won't get the throw-out you need.
