The camber issue would probably be caused by the ride height. Might be worth dropping down a bit to get it right.

and she is riding quite high at the front, the higher it goes, the more positive the camber.

*cough* He *cough* but yeah so ride height seems to be the most likely cause of this issue. We tried to lower the ride height but all our spanners didn't fit. I'll check with a mini specialist as he will probably have the right tools. Thanks guys.
