Tim's Mini Moke

Hi guys,

So my dad has always wanted a Moke and last year we managed to find one that was undergoing restoration but the owner had lost interest. Its an ex-military version which I believe was used by the air force. The project is currently on the back burner a bit but we are collecting parts for when we do start working on it this year. Our plans are to try and keep it old school with some tasteful upgrades to make it more drivable. We are looking at doing to golf brake upgrade but what does this entail? Can I use the single circuit master cylinder? Also my dad wants to fit a 1275 engine but im not sure its worth it as the car has an 1100. Here are some photos:
