So it turns out I have no idea how to centre the jets, even with the excellent advice from a friend and multiple (>15) attempts, I failed to centre the jets. Furthermore, I've also apparently have no idea how to spray paint. I sandblasted the heat shield and air filter housing and when I spray painted the surface, it looked absolutely horrendous. Anyway, I shall try again.
(P.S. I know that it isn't really build related to describe one's failures, but this is more of a diary of build related activities, so I figured it was acceptable
