Next up I refitted the heater and after some choice words and new spire clips etc it was in.
The grille still needed some attention, so I removed the blue and old black paint.
I then dragged out the original seats I have been hoarding as I needed to leather treat them as they were crackly.
Passenger seat after treatment, before excess cream removal.
After this the seats did not feel very hard and brittle anymore, will treat them a few more times over the months to come.
The rear seats luckily were still covered with the fake sheep skin wool covers, so they look much better.
Treated the two front seats for a second time and left them in the sun for a little bit so that the treatment could soak into the seats.
