A colour that is correct to a cooper or cooper S. My two favorite surf blue and grey are taken already.

Tartan Red with a black roof, 998 Cooper colours.
The red and black would also compliment your existing blue and black paint scheme.

Finally got around to doing some work on the mk1. I've been dreading drilling out all the spot welds from the Donor nose to remove the inner fenders. After I got stuck into the job it was actually enjoyable.

Used a spot weld drill to remove the spot welds.
