Right guys

These crown wheel and pinions are getting VERY hard to find second hand due the last of the classic Minis rolling off the production line over 16 years ago.

However ------- There are 3 of these final drives arriving this coming week (7 to 11 March)

I am am not sure what ratios they are but I will let you know, i am hoping that they are the much sought after 3.1......

New from Mini Spares these would cost you 120 Quid each, that is R2,700 plus shipping and duty and VAT which would equate to around R5,700 each.

BUT don't worry, they wont cost that much as they are second hand :-)

Price to be confirmed............

OK guys

I think R2,000 for a matching Crown wheel and pinion is a reasonable price.

Three only up for grabs !

Ratios to be confirmed.

Is this the one 3.1 and the two 3.2 that you mentioned on whatsapp?

OK guys

I got home and unpacked the big parcel yesterday.

So i was pleasantly surprised as there was one 3.1CWP and two very rare and hard to get MG Metro Turbo 3.2CWPs.

One 3.2 is already spoken for.

So the 3.1 is available at R2,000

The 3.2 is available at R2,500 (due to its rarity).

Thanks

OK

One of the 3.2 CWPs is going to Durban

The one 3.1 is off to Cape Town

That leaves one 3.2 remaining.

I am very tempted....but I think my torque is already a little low and I am really not worried about the top end....
