Thanks Manne.

Still deciding what to do next with my little car.
Own some minis, break them, fix them, improve them, test them to the limit....

Looking better each time Philip. I'm sure you have a few ideas what's next, you just calculating what it's going to cost you ;-)

Thanks Tim

I showed the car yesterday at Dreams on Wheels.
Had some good responses, but nothing else.

I finally stopped being lazy and fixed the wiring for the reverse lights.

AND IT WORKED FIRST TIME

I have decided to fit a heater as winter is coming and wiping your hand on the inside of the windscreen just sucks.

I had a look in my store and found this little blower.....

I then duly proceeded to strip it and clean it with compressed air.  Found it be working when tested directly on the battery.

Now just to mount it and ensure the wiring from the harness works.  Will do the plumbing part later once I have bought some hoses and angles etc.

Some more changes and improvements.

The back kept on bottoming out whilst driving, so I shopped around for some shocks.

Old VS New

The new shocks has improved the ride considerably, but the rubber cones are still done for, will have to make a plan or fit hi-los.

Next up the car did not have a coolant tank installed.
Found a good example and same process as normal...

The hi-los was sourced for the back.

After fitment.

I've really enjoyed this thread. Good to see a car getting the attention it needs and deserves rather than just shortcuts and McGyvering that's so often the case.
