Are you looking for someone to make the arches, fix rust holes and replace panels, sort out waviness in the panels, or just to give the car a top quality paint job?
I ask, because sportspack arches can be imported from the UK, as can new body panels that would need replacing if they're too damaged or rusted.
Also, it is unlikely that the people who do bodywork and panel repair are the best people for paint. The best recommendation I've heard about for painting a Mini is A&H Autobody Centre.

You can't really go wrong with Andrew Booysen. Tell him the type of finish you're after and the fact that you'd be willing to pay to get it done right and he will do a fantastic job for you.
He does paintwork too and it is also to a really high standard. I have not heard of either of those companies, so I can't comment on their work. They also might not be Mini specialists, so might not be best for doing bodywork on old cars with thin metal used for the panels.
