I was suddenly reminded that I had taken pictures of a Mini in the Southern Suburbs Cape Town a few years ago, so I am curious if anyone has seen this one before or not.

Yes! I've seen that car as well! I saw it when I was at Drive and Align in Wynberg. Looked very interesting with the artwork on the car.
