Early Cooper Ss in South Africa were unique in having bucket seats made from fibreglass and covered in light green and cream vinyl. I’m looking for a pair.

Andrew Shadwell in Cape Town manufactures these. He makes top quality fibreglass products including the SA spec Cooper S bucket seats. You will need a set of Mk1 seat frames to fit them to your Mini. Give him a call: 082 553 3353

Seems it’s just the fibreglass shell. No frame, no foam, no covers.

Yup. That's what I said. He makes the fibreglass shell, which is the unique part. You can get get them upholstered by a professional trimmer and you would need to source mk1 seat frames.
