Those are original SA-spec Cooper S seats.

I guess those are like hens teeth.....anyone come across frames ? I would love to copy one......anyone know of a good reupholster in Durban ?

Andrew Shadwell in CPT has the seat base in fibreglass IIRC. I think it'll go onto your frame. Best would be to get in touch with him.
