What did that whole head cost you Tiaan if you don't mind me asking?

It was R1800, excluding the valve guides and valve stem seals, I had to supply them.
The rest was all inclusive.

That's a seriously good deal, a mate of mine paid R2000 to convert his head and he had to supply everything including the unleaded inserts.

Yes it was the same with another engineering place I contacted first.
I charged me R1100 labour and then I had to supply all the parts to install.

And all 8 valve seats were replaces, some places only do the exhaust valves. I know only the exhaust valves need the valve seats, but now I know all 8 valves have new seats and seals 100%.
