New to Mini World
#1
            Hello Everyone,
After tons of searching, I've managed to find this 1964 Austin Mini Pickup, a rust bucket, I know, but seems quite original mechanically   with correct engine and chassis no.  Good advice at this stage is the most important in this project.  Looking forward to much wisdom from here........ and NO, the tail lights are not for sale  Tongue

Welcome and Congrats on the find! It's so cool that it still has the original motor and pressed grille (since most get cut out). It would be great if you could keep it as original as possible, as they're rare to find original. It looks like you'll need quite a few new panels to replace all the bad metal, which you'll probably have to bring in from the UK.

Welcome!!!

That is a serious gem you've found there definitely some serious rust repair required there though.

Would be interested to watch the progress - post a build thread if you're interested.
