Take the data dot certificate and police clearance certificate to licensing department to have introduced and registered onto the system. Takes a week or two before you get your papers.
Keep in mind that the car will be registered as a code 3 and date of first registration will be in the current year and not '66 which obviously effects the value somewhat.

Your biggest pain is it's up and down to the licensing department a few times and being very patient with government officials who aren't very helpful.

1) What exactly is the process of getting a car "data dotted" and where do I get that done?
Do I need the physical car for that?
2) Then I guess after the whole process, from code 3 onwards, I then have to get the RWC etc....Up until that point its just to get papers and registered to my name...correct?
