Very nice post Jethro, I hope we get many more of these well illustrated guides on the forum. Im a sucker for pictures if you have not noticed!

Just a note on step 3, the spark plugs are removed so that compression does not build up in the engine and allows for easier rotation.

and a quick discussion point, I have not used sealant and have found that a good cork gasket torqued down correctly with the rocker cover will seal itself. I stand to be corrected however no harm using sealant. Lets hear what some of the gurus do.
