Van has a straight and solid body with the floors in excellent condition, but unfortunately the inner wings, in the engine bay has been removed to accommodate the Toyota 20V engine. Will need panel and paint work done.
Deregistered, so no outstanding fees while the project is being built.
All paperwork and tags are in order and I don’t have the Original engine but I have the tag.
Van is complete (Ex front bumper), but most of the parts have been stripped and boxed while work was being done on the van.
There are a set of rare 12 inch wheels and tyres on the van and also comes with a spare set of 13 inch racing hart bobbet style rims and tyres, tyres have about 95% life.

Disc brake in front and drum brake at the rear, I will supply a set of second hand spacer drums.
New remote brake booster with all brackets/ pipes and fittings supplied.
Set of Van Den Plas front seats supplied.
Recipient and proof of purchase supplied.
Engine Conversion:
Toyota 20V BLACK TOP engine supplied with individual throttle bodies and air box. Fitted into shell already) – sump has been shaved but not weld up yet.
Toyota 5 speed gearbox supplied (fitted to engine already)
20V gear pocket/ lever and cables supplied.
20V original ECU and wiring loom supplied.
6 metres of 8mm steel fuel line and fittings supplied for fuel injection system.
Inline steel high pressure fuel filter
New High pressure fuel pump supplied.
Standard 20V exhaust manifold supplied.
Second hand exhaust system supplied.
Toyota inner CV joints and half shafts.
Mini drive shafts supplied.
Recipient and proof of purchase for all engine bits supplied
Sub- frame:
Engine and gearbox has been fitted into the Van using a homemade sub-frame which is about 70% complete. Will supply all the mounting brakes which need to be welded to the sub-frame.
Various fabricated mounting brackets and mountings will be supplied to complete the sub-frame.
Refurbished stabiliser bars and low arms will be supplied.
Lots of other spares that will be sold with the project.
Cost:
R25 000 for everything mentioned above – Not Neg ...just the engine and gearbox with ECU cost R18K when it was bought.
Will only sell as a lot and not willing to sell anything individually as I will be continuing with the build at some stage if it does not sell.
Recipient and proof of purchase for all engine/ gearbox bits be supplied for engine clearance purpose.
