@Jimmy. I didn't directly no. Bought it as a "kit" turbo, intercooler, carb and a few other bits. But based on what I've seen it must have been because I've got a complete right side and half a left side (just the body).
The jetting that is also currently in it also seems more suited for a beetle based on the twin dellorto set up.

Bought a set of twins a while back so thought I'd take them apart and clean them to determine whether they could just be used in the interim while I wait for Dellorto spares.
They appear to be in reasonable condition. However they have EB needles in and a "brown" spring which isn't actually a colour.
Also semi stuck with air filter options for this set up as well.
So it seems I'm somewhat back to square one with half a clean set of twins...
That manifold as it happens is from a MG midget 1100, slanted at 10 degrees instead of the correct mini angle of 30 degrees, I know there is a way to make it work but it involves moving the float bowl angles. Might explain the strange needle choice and "brown" spring. Air filter adaptor not Midget though, maybe ADO16 Austin?
