Glad the forum site is back up and running and love the new look!  I am the proud owner of a 1971 mk3 mini with the original 998cc engine.  Had big plans for the car but only managed modest upgrades thus far.  Still enjoying the original spec.  Upgrades done so far 1. Converted the head to take unleaded petrol; 2. Electronic egnition; 3. Front disc brakes 7.5 inch
