So I finally got my minispares parcel.
And I've had some time to get to some of the issues.

So there should be a few updates in the next few days.

Got to change the wheel bearings yesterday.

Then today I had a few minutes so I thought I'd put some side mirrors on considering I never had any.
Took longer than expected but they on now. My smaller hands definetly make a difference here.










Tomorrow the mini will get a service, new fuel line, new speedo cable and new choke cable.
Then Tuesday I should just need to bleed the brakes.

Not a fan of the bullet mirrors as they sit way lower than the standard, but I guess any mirrors for now is better that no mirrors...

Yea once they on now Minimad, neither am I.
The passenger sude sits below the window sill which results in me loosing half the mirror.
But they on for now.

Anyways today I fitted some of the mini spares goodies i got and gave the mini a proper service which i think it really needed.

How the sump plug came out and the very very black oil.



Ngk plugs which were changed to champions. Car was running very rich though which was adjusted slightly.







Evidence that my speedo cable actually works.



Mixture further adjusted after this as it was still running just a tad rich.

Just a tip if you want to run bullet mirrors, fit GAM108 and GAM107, which has the correct baseplate, otherwise yes LH mirror is no good to use.

Awesome work Dom. What air filter are you using? Looks amazing for an oem replacement. You running an uno radiator. Interested to hear your experience with it.
