Golf cart wheels and tyres are not suitable for minis.
They are designed for much lower loads (both static and dynamic) as well as much lower speeds.

You will be putting your life in danger using them on a mini

Thanks guys for the info. I thought there must of been a reason guys never used them. 

We would have seen them all over the place otherwise.

I really like this broad look like the one on this mini below.
I asked the guy to sell them to me but he doesnt want to.

Those are GoldSeal tyres which are manufactured for golf carts, they're definitely NOT speed rated for use on public roads and the rims themselves aren't made to accept the G forces and side loads of a 600-700kg car travelling at 60+km/h
