Hi all, today on my way home in my clubman, a Fortunar decided to smash into the back of my car. So..... I need a Boot lid rear bumper and tail lights. 
The owner of the toyota is insured and friendly. How do I go about this? Normal run around case no and quotes from 3 panelbeater ? Should I look for parts? Any advise will be great.
