Doesn't look half bad! But alas, no cutting of my car! Basically, the Mk3 was a model name, not a series name. Decent ones are getting thin on the ground now . . .
RE: Jap Minis - Vinay-RS - 10-16-2015 Ah ok... my bad Maybe using a banged up shell would work, since it would need a lot of bodywork to put right anyway. What powerplant did these Sprints get? Guessing twin carbed 1275 Cooper S motors?I do like the idea of a Monaco as well. Something completely different and the raked windscreen looks sweet. RE: Jap Minis - Jared Mk3 - 10-16-2015 I think the motor requirements depended on the class requirements. Either way, a Sprint is really cool, especially a Clubby version. RE: Jap Minis - Miniac - 10-17-2015 Love that clubby sprint sporting the crossflow. RE: Jap Minis - Jared Mk3 - 10-17-2015 Clubby looks the business! RE: Jap Minis - Vinay-RS - 10-18-2015 Really digging the clubby sprint! RE: Jap Minis - Jared Mk3 - 10-18-2015 (10-18-2015, 03:12 PM)Vinay-RS Wrote: Really digging the clubby sprint! No I do like a sprint, but not that much Though it does make the idea for a sprint project a little cheaper as 1100 clubmans are a lot cheaper than mk1/2s Another two pics: ![]()
