And the inner wing is def 1275e, as I am almost positive that the early clubman Minis had an extra cowling mounted to the inner wing in front of the radiator

Just out of interest on the motor

From below site it states:

I know yours is 12H705....have not seen a 705 anywhere

And if you look at the motor it is a Big Bore SA block. 
We have so many cars in SA that used the same 1275 motor. So the question is which other cars had or uses the perfix 12H705 xxxxx?????

Mine is a '78 and has the extra cowling between the radiator and inner wing.

My GTS is a late '78 early '79 and is not fitted with the extra cowling however my '73-'74 GTS did have the additional cowling between the rad and the inner wing

Both my previous GTS's were pre 1978 (one 1976 and one 1977) and both had the extra cowling.

So this Mini is def post 1977
