Hi! Guys
Just put the heater blower unit back in to Jemima Puddleduck . How are the water tubes routed? I can see the right hand side pipe that goes to the valve on the head is straightforward but how is the long one from the left hand side routed, does it go behind the carb and beneath the air cleaner or round the front of the carb across the tappet cover, That looks like a bit too close to the manifold and all that heat. Also does it matter which tube goes where i.e. heater valve pipe to bottom input pipe and left hand side to  top input pipe, or vice versa.
I also am struggling with the corrugated air pipe from the right side wheel well to the blower as it fouls the clutch and brake pedal levers. Is it worth while placing a mesh across the wheel well opening, I don't remember one when I stripped it all out but might stop leaves and junk from being sucked into the unit.

Also for the elbows for the air filter housing and the throttle levers Either AUD2787 or JZX1055.

Abutment brackets also wanted for the throttle cable and choke cable fitment.

Hi hi all, From the South of JHB here. Had my mini for about 15 years now. Stripped it down some years back for a respray and then never got back to it.. yeah yeah I know, i'm horrible.
Anyway, looking for some inspiration to get back onto it and finish it up. Thanks for the forum, much appreciated and needed.

I need to clean out the rust from the fuel tank. I tried white spirit vinegar yesterday evening. Wasn't very effective. Any suggestions on what I can use. I would appreciate all the help /advice.
